Eshtadur is a 12 years old band inspired by death melodic metal, supporting tours and concerts with Graveworm, Cradle of Filth, Vader, double award winner best video & best album 2013, latest involved headliner in third stage in Rock Al Parque 2016 biggest free festival in Latin America and with the 5th release coming next August 2017.
I have been always interested in orchestra and powerful music, density and stridency. That is something I've been trying with every song for the last 12 years, inspired by At The Gates, Graveworm, Ihsahn. I started being a drummer and I wrote most of the songs on a little keyboard as a teenager, I guess all albums are a trial or an attempt. When I started playing the guitar I was able to create something more serious, even I don't consider myself a guitarist, the latest album is the best I could possibly do.
The new album is something I am very proud of. With my little home studio, a guitar that belonged to my bro Julian who committed suicide years ago, a very short budget, plus tough times with my wife leaving me. I really wrote most of the songs in a dark environment, it took me one year to put everything together, not only the music and the arrangements, but my life, my existence, I had three jobs in line which was something that helped me a lot. Mother grey is a true piece of my grief and pain.
Eshtadur collects from the death melodic and the black metal, with ups and downs, always with a motif that we want you to remain, simple riffs and inspiring arrangements, Eshtadur is ready to be in your favourite pocket or your cornered trash. We know there are better but this is our proposal.
In the end what makes metal real is the road we create, the path and the obstacles, everything is real, war is real, death is real, decadence is real, what makes metal real is the passion from those who have the ability to make you feel the same, to be touched and transcendental.
My latest lecture was "The man who thought his wife was a hat" it is about perception and sense, I realized there is too many things we never are aware of, and it made me desire to develop more of my senses.
