Buckcherry

Buckcherry

Buckcherry was formed after Josh Todd met guitarist Keith Nelson through their tattoo artist after discovering a common love of AC/DC. The duo made a few demos before being joined by bassist Jonathan Brightman and drummer Devon Glenn. Buckcherry began performing the Hollywood club scene, receiving a strong, local following due to their old school Rock N' Roll vibe. Coming out during a time when rock music was dominated by post-grunge, nu-metal, and alternative rock, Buckcherry performed a sleazy Rock N' Roll that was more inspired by AC/DC, Guns N' Roses, and Black Crowes than Nirvana and…

Cellar Darling

Cellar Darling

After their split with Eluveitie, Anna Murphy, Ivo Henzi and Merlin Sutter quickly realized their musical journey was far from over. What quickly developed was a unique and fresh combination of grand and heavy riffs, powerful drumming and a unique voice along with the signature folky, earthy tones of the hurdy gurdy. This, combined with classical elements as well as inherited folk influences, led to the creation of something entirely new, setting Cellar Darling on the path of musical innovation.

We basically started a new band and wrote our debut album all in one year, so everything happened…

Raging Speedhorn

Raging Speedhorn

Raging Speedhorn is heavy, loud, aggressive rock and roll. That’s how I see it anyway. We’ve been slotted into various genres over the years. Not sure any have ever fitted us perfectly.

Our latest album is called ‘Lost Ritual’. When we got back together we only really intended to do some shows and see where it took us. We never really thought about writing new music. One practise I had a couple of ideas for new songs so we tried them. From that session came ‘Halfway to Hell’ which eventually took us onto the idea of writing a new album. We set up a campaign through Pledge Music so we could…

Last Leaf Down

Last Leaf Down

After the release of our first Album ‘Fake Lights’, we continued with writing songs without any break. Sascha and I wrote the songs… We wrote the full songs including all instruments on a first demo, Sascha for his songs, I for mine.   The most songs had no definitive lyrics in the first-demo-stadium, only nonsense-lyrics for the melodies or a few word chunks. So Sascha wrote a few lyrics of songs I wrote. In a final step, we did the fine tuning with the band and worked on the details and the sounds. I also mixed the songs. At the end, the songs left our studio for the first time. Tony…

The Shiver

The Shiver

2017 marks the great return with a new full-length of one of alt metal’s most unique, fast growing bands of the Italian wave. With their first two albums ‘A New Horizon’ and and ‘The Darkest Hour’, the band started building up their profile as a strong live act touring all over Europe as support band for Papa Roach, Misfits, Vanilla Sky, God Is an Astronaut, Dead Letter Circus, Tarja and many others, getting enthusiastic response by both media and fans alike for their great energy on stage. The Shiver is now ready to spread the world with their brand new album ‘Adeline’, where Faith’s…

Hetroertzen

Hetroertzen

Hetroertzen is a Black Metal band formed in Chile, now located in Västerås, Sweden that was created back in 1997 by Frater D. as his solo studio project. Even though it was really a solo project, Frater D. decided to make a band of it and thus Åskväder joined as a guitarist in September of 1999. During their first ten years of existence, a couple of albums were recorded and a handful of gigs were performed in their homeland of Chile.

Anubis: Hetroertzen is Deacon D. (drums, additional vocals) who started with this name as a solo project in 1997. Åskväder; Guitars. Anubis; Guitars and…

Forefather

Forefather

Forefather is the recording project of myself Wulfstan and my brother Athelstan, founded in 1997. We blend elements of traditional, black and death metal with lyrical themes based on English history, myth, nature and more. We have released seven studio albums, starting with 1999's ‘Deep Into Time’, and most recently 2015's ‘Curse of the Cwelled’. In 2017 we released our first ever EP ‘Tales From a Cloud-Born Land’, which is featured on the split-CD ‘English Steel’ with The Meads of Asphodel. ‘Tales From a Cloud-Born Land’, featuring 30 minutes and seven tracks of brand new material, recorded…

Deliverance

Deliverance

“Deliverance” a name sounding like a macabre invitation for those who know the movie… Created in 2012 by Etienne Sarthou (Aqme, Grymt,Lazy) and Pierre Duneau (Memories of a Dead Man), the band quickly set the foundations of its musical identity: musical and a will to create a unique entity is the project’s DNA. Mixing the coldness of Nordic black metal, audio landscapes of post-rock and the heaviness of sludge and death to make the best soundtrack of an in-depth trip into the human soul.

To me, ‘CHRST’ is evocative of the crucifixion of the figure of “the Idiot” as found in Dostoevsky. I…
