HerezA

By Slobodan

HerezA formed in July 2014. Their debut album, Misanthrope, was released in February 2015 by PRC Music. Their new album I Become Death, which is set for release in February 2017, will continue and improve the “chunky, HM-2 overdriven, and loud” (Angry Metal Guy review) sound of Misanthrope. ‘I Become Death’ was recorded in Brvnara homemade studio by Denis Sloboda. It was mixed and mastered by Mario Markovic, Crna Zemlja Recording Studio. The stunning album artwork was done by Maciej Kamuda.

Hereza's music is aggressive, fast and simple. A mix of death metal and punk music. Our latest release is called ‘I Become Death’ and it will be out in February of 2017 via Polish record label, Godz Ov War Productions. A writing process was very simple. First I wrote all the music and majority of the lyrics, Ivan wrote some lyrics to fit the music, and that's pretty much it. Lyrics on this album are as simple as the music. We scream about horror, death, destruction, pain and suffering. No surprises there. We stay away from politics because it's just not our thing. We like the brighter side of life. The one I described in the previous question :)

In my opinion, a great cover has to have some interesting form, a detail, something that catches the eye. Our cover is simple. It represents everything opposite that jesus christ might have said if he even existed: "I am the way the truth and the life".

We say, "Hereza is the way, the truth and the death".
