Art is the basic expression per excellence
Actually I am an engineer in computer graphic design. After completing my studies, I started working as a freelancer, from 2009 we decided with my best friend and partner to establish our brand ‘Triple Seis Design’ to offer graphics solutions for the world of music at national level but especially at an international level.
From early age I got excited with album covers (front and back) of bands that I admired and the artists as well, like Derek Riggs, Edward J. Repka, HR Giger, Dan Seagrave. Then I began to like extreme metal and later making music as well. I’ve been playing for over 14 years in a band called Toccata & Bulla with my best friend and partner.
My own technique is a mixture of classic and modern, from the basic drawing in ink and oil paintings, photography, digital illustration and digital 3D modeling. I use a lot of modeling photography, landscapes and things; I look for textures in different areas, natural colors are the best way to find a mix between natural and digital.
Art and creativity knows no bounds, like music and science, so you can make art and be creative with anything that is within reach, art has allowed in all areas to be free in every sense. I am both connected to music and art. With music it has taken many years to play with a band, suffering and enjoying at the same time. With art, is part of my vocational studies, and I was very fortunate to be able to combine my passion for music and art, they both rely on themselves.
Inspiration varies or changes greatly, depending on the band or client. The best with bands has been the flexibility and creative freedom and given interpretation. I think that’s important when it comes to being creative. Every artist have a techniques and tricks to put a stamp on their work. Mine are photography, textures, the human figure, natural colors, mechanical objects, architecture, statues and ink. I think my technique is based on the combination of many styles, perhaps the most important things is not pigeonholed into one type of art, but rather the ability to develop ideas and techniques of classic and modern.
As for the exhibition, we hope to perform in my country hopefully this year, but we’ve had proposals from other galleries of friends in other countries to show my art, and of course always grateful to receive the support of sites people like you supporting art and music.
